Our Team

We keep our operations lean to make sure 100% of every donor dollar goes directly to families. We have one full-time employee, whose salary is covered by traditional fundraising, making sure the wheels and gears are moving in the right direction; a creative team at Boathouse donates their time and talent to make sure the experience online is authentic and intuitive—not only for our donors, but for the volunteers and partner organizations who make it all work. A small board of directors with expertise in communications, social work, fundraising, and community organizing offers development and strategic support. Volunteers and donors work together every day to help keep local families from falling through the cracks.
